Every part has its own model number starting with A, for example A2084. It helps you find exactly the right replacement part.

• On the earbud: printed in small type.
• On the charging case: inside the lid.
• On your iPhone: Settings, then your AirPods or Beats. The model number is shown there.

The left earbud, the right earbud and the charging case each have their own number.

First remove your headphones on your iPhone: Settings, Bluetooth, tap the (i) next to your headphones and choose “Forget This Device”. Then charge the charging case for a while.

1. Put both AirPods in the charging case and leave the lid open.
2. Press and hold the setup button on the back of the case for about 15 seconds, until the status light flashes amber and then white.
3. Hold the open case next to your iPhone and tap “Connect”.

3. Reconnect the Beats: on an iPhone, “Connect” appears; on Android, select them in the Bluetooth settings.

3. Reconnect the earbuds to your device.

The Solo Buds charging case doesn’t have its own battery. It only charges the earbuds while it is connected via USB-C.
